This just goes to show you that there are very many things that can be done with pinto beans. Like the Pinto Bean Fudge.Learn to make them all. This adds a lot of variety to your food storage recipes. Not just boring pots of bean. Make stuff that your family will love.
NEED:
2 eggs - well beaten
1 cups of sugar
1 cup of cooked and mashed Pinto beans
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix all of the ingredients together very well and pour into a pie dish that has a pie crust in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
When it cools serve it with whip cream.
