Food Storage Recipe - Quick Nacho Bake



T
his was an easy meal. 

Need:

1 box of shells and cheese

Cook it up and make as directed on box. Drain well and put the cheese mix in it with 1/2 of a small container of sour cream.


While that was cooking brown about a half pound of ground beef. Drain and put back into pan. 
Mix it with taco seasoning and some water. Let cook. 


Put about half of the shells and cheese into an oven safe bowl. Layer half of beef onto that and cover with some shredded cheese. 
Put the remaining bit of shells and cheese over that and the remaining beef onto top. cover with more cheese. Cover dish and bake about 15 minutes. 
Remove cover put some broken up pieces or tortilla chips on top and more cheese. Place back into oven uncovered until cheese melts.
