Food Storage Recipe - Veggie Cream Cheese


2 packages of cream cheese, at room temperature 

 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

 
1 medium carrot, peeled and finely diced
 
⅓ cup finely diced red bell pepper
 
½ cup finely chopped broccoli
 
2 green onions, finely chopped

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. 
 
Beat with a hand mixer or stir well until fully combined and creamy.
 
Add the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions.
 
Mix everything together until the veggies are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese.
 
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
 
Serve chilled with bagels, crackers, or as a veggie dip.
 
Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Food Storage recipe - Black Bean Burrito Bowl


Black Bean Burrito Bowl 
 
Enjoy a delicious meal with this easy-to-make black bean burrito bowl. Packed with flavor and healthy ingredients, it's a perfect dish for a quick lunch or dinner.
 
NEED
1 cup cooked rice
 
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
 
1 can corn , drained
 
1 avocado, sliced
 
1 tomato, diced
 
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
 
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
 
1 lime, juiced
 
1/2 tsp cumin
 
1/2 tsp chili powder
 
Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Sour cream (optional)
 
Salsa (optional)
 
Prepare 1 cup of rice according to package instructions.
 
In a saucepan, heat the black beans with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until warmed through.
 
Divide the cooked rice into bowls. Top with black beans, corn, avocado slices, diced tomato, chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro.
 
Squeeze lime juice over the bowl for a zesty kick.
 
 Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa if desired.
 
Enjoy your black bean burrito bowl.

Food Storage recipe - Indian Frybread Recipe

 


3 cups all-purpose flour
 
1 tablespoon baking powder
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 cup warm water
 
Vegetable oil, for frying
 
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
 
Gradually add the warm water, stirring until the dough comes together.
 
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
 
Let the dough rest, covered, for about 30 minutes.
 
Divide the dough into small balls, then flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
 
Heat a large skillet with about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium heat.
 
Fry each piece of dough for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
 
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Make Your own Oat Milk

 


It is super easy to get your own oat milk at home. Easy, dairy-free goodness ready to sip or cook with!

Just blend 3/4 cup of rolled oats with 3 cups of water, add a pinch of salt.

Strain it through some cheese cloth.

 Chill it.

Food Storage Recipe - Amish Sunday Casserole


Amish Sunday Casserole 
 
NEED

• 1 lb ground beef
 
• 1 medium onion, chopped
 
• 1 cup carrots, sliced
 
• 1 cup celery, sliced
 
• 1 cup frozen peas
 
• 2 cups cooked egg noodles
 
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
 
• ½ cup milk
 
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
 
1. Cook the Beef & Vegetables
 
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
 
2. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
 
3. Stir in the carrots, celery, and frozen peas, cooking for a few minutes until slightly softened.
 
4. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet.
 
5. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until everything is well combined.
 
6. Mix in ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted into the mixture.
 
7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
 
8. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
 
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
 
10. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Food Storage recipe - 8 minute cheesecake

 


8 Minute Cheesecake
 
1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
 
1/3 cup of sugar
 
1 cup of sour cream
 
2 teaspoons of vanilla
 
1 8oz container of cool whip
 
Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar.
 
Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
 
 Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
 
 Spoon into crust. 
 
Chill until set; at least 4 hours.

Nature’s Remedy for Body Aches – Make Your Own Pain Relief Oil


How to Make:
 
Add to a pan:
 
8 tablespoon dried ginger
 
3 tablespoon whole cloves
 
3 hand fulls dried rosemary
 
3 tablespoons crushed black pepper
 
Pour in 8.5 ounces olive or coconut oil
 
Heat gently for 10–12 mins (don’t boil)
 
Cool, strain, store in glass bottle
 
Use:
 
Massage on joints, back, or sore muscles twice daily

Food Storage Recipe - Chicken Patty Sandwich


 This is super easy and taste so yummy. 

I use 1 large can of shredded chicken breast , chopped onion, 2 eggs, crackers and mix that all up. 


Form into patties and bread with fry breading.

Fry until crispy.

Serve with mayo on buns!
