I am going to make several of these. I like the style of this better than some of the others that I have seen.
Anything to help with the heat bill or help with warming a room if power goes out in the cold weather. Simple to put together. Not too high cost. You could get everything for it from a thrift store. Now I am going to be on the hunt for more clay pots.
Clean your potato and slice it as thin as you can.
Put olive oil on them and layer them on a baking sheet.
Bake them for about 10 minutes.
Turn them over and bake for another 8 minutes.
They don't look exactly like what you get at the store in a bought bag, but they taste so good. Hard to stop eating them.
Take them out and season them.You can use anything! Salt & pepper, seasoned salt, ranch dressing powders, garlic salt, etc.
Great chips and they are a great addition to a sandwich or a hamburger.
