How to sew newsboy cap ("Peaky Blinders")

My son wants one of these hats. Guess I need to get to sewing. Maybe have it done before he is home from Spring break.

Let's Make Some Waffles!

This was the funnest thing to find out about.

Use Martha White Muffin Mixes to make waffles in your waffle maker!

They are yummy and there are so many flavors to try out.

Just add 1/2 cup of milk then create.

I use a Mini Waffle Maker.  Which I even took with us camping last year and my solar powered generator ran it easily.

No Internet

Woke up to no Internet. Going to take this time of not being able to work online to work on organizing my garage. Not sure how it gets so messed up and so quickly. I just cleaned it out and organized it a couple of months ago.

Homemade Microwaveable Heating Pad

Very easy and quick to make! You have to use 100% cotton fabric and I filled them up with rice.

Take two pieces of fabric that are approx. 12 inches by 15inches and sew them with the right sides facing each other on 3 sides. Turn them right side out and then measure every 2 inches. I used a fabric pencil to make the lines. Sew them leaving about an inch at the end. Fill each tunnel with rice. Then sew the end shut neatly.

That is it!

Place them on a microwave safe plate and into the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds. Use the warm pad on your sore back or whatever ache you have.
