Food Storage Recipes - Homemade Butterballs

This is something that you can do in a pinch. Have your kids do it for you. Fun way for them to learn how butter is made.

NEED:

Whipping cream

Small empty food jar

Pour 1 tablespoon of the cream into your jar. Screw the lid on tight.

Shake this very vigorously!!

Soon you will see a small lump of solid butter forming inside the jar.

Remove the butterball and spread onto crackers or bread.
