Breakfast Wraps
4 strips uncooked bacon chopped into 1” pieces
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup green peppers
¼ cup chopped frozen french fries
4 eggs
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
shredded cheddar cheese
Cook bacon until just cooked and fat is melted then add onion, pepper, and french fries.
Saute until fries are tender and heated then add eggs and seasoning.
Scramble eggs by stirring, flipping, and mixing with other ingredients until done.
Divide into four equal portions and scoop onto tortillas then sprinkle with cheese.
Top with any chosen toppings such as sour cream, salsa, avocado, etc.
