April 8th 2024 Solar Eclipse
For real - If you are driving anywhere on April 8th , make sure you have a full tank of gas, some food, jumper cables, phone chargers, and maybe some cash.
Tiny towns around where I live in Indiana are going to packed with out of towners and it is going to be a nightmare. I am driving 50 miles to go to see the Totality . Really kind of worried about how bad the traffic will be. I have a box full of snacks, a case of water, phone charger etc. Better to have items that we might need than to not have them and need them.
Everyone stay safe.
Food Storage Recipe - Quick Pizza Bread
My son actually asked for pizza for breakfast and I don't have any right now in the freezer. I also didn't feel like making a pizza. So I grabbed some bread, put some pizza sauce on it , and topped it with shredded cheese. I also put some Italian seasoning on top. Baked until the bread was nice and toasty.
Quick and easy "Pizza".
