Food Storage Recipe - Golden Mushroom Beef

I was given a case of this golden mushroom soup mix and am always on the lookout on how to use it. This recipe is quick, easy , cheap, and taste good.

1 pound of ground beef - I used just 1/2 a pound the last time I made this and it tasted as good if not better.

1 can of  Golden Mushroom Soup

1 can of sliced new potatoes

Cook the ground beef. Season like you like. Break it up good and then drain.

Add the can of mushroom soup and stir up really good.

Add the potatoes and then add a half of a can of water.

Let simmer for about 15 minutes and then serve.

We just served garlic bread with ours. But you can serve it with anything.
