Brighter Light - Oil Lamp




 I had no where else to sit my oil lamp last night and this seems to be the right place for it. In front of a mirror made it brighter and it sent the light out into the room. Really made a difference.

I am going to leave the lamp there for now.

Food Storage Recipe - Spinach & Mushroom Soup

Quick and easy soup to make.

NEED:

1 1/2 cup of milk

3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped

1 box of frozen chopped spinach

1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

In a large saucepan , heat the milk and potatoes on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Add the spinach and the can of soup.

Cook until the soup is bubbly and the potatoes are tender.

Stir it frequently while it is cooking.

Food Storage Recipe - Taco Dip

Here is an easy and tasty recipe to make a great dip for tortilla chips. This recipe would be great for the upcoming holiday parties.

NEED

2 pounds of ground beef , browned and drained very well

2 tablespoon canola oil

1 can of black beans , drained

1/2 cup of beef stock

1 cup of tomato sauce

1 tablespoon of taco seasoning

2 cups of velveeta cheese, shredded

Put the cooked ground beef in your crock pot.

Add all of the remaining ingredients and cook on low for about 6 hours.

Serve this dip warm !
