Food Storage Recipe - Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I am always trying to come up with different things to make. This recipe was given to me from my mom. It is a good one. A great way to start the day.
Breakfast Pizza
1 can of refrigerated crescent rolls, like pillsbury.
6 eggs
1/2 a cup of chopped fresh tomato
Bacon , cooked crispy , drained and crumbled up
shredded cheese, I like to use the shredded colby jack.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Press the crescent roll dough out onto a 13X9 baking pan.
Whisk up the eggs in a small bowl, pepper and salt them to taste and then pour over the dough. Sprinkle the top with the bacon (or a few times I have even used cooked up sausage.) Bake about 20 minutes or until crust is golden. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese and bake a few more minutes. Until the cheese melts. SERVE.
You can easily change this up anyway that you would like and even use your freeze-dried items.

Paracord Survival Bracelets - The Best Survival Tool!
I finally got my hands on one of these Paracord survival bracelets! They are so cool. What a great survival tool to have on hand, or should I say on wrist. You can use this in any kind of survival or emergency situation. There are so many things that can be done with this. If you have to you can unravel this and it can become 80 feet of cord that you can then use for making traps, fishing line, sewing thread, tie down your shelter, set up clothes line, and tons more. To find out more on these you can go to the Paravival How-to page. They have some great how-tos on there and have a huge selection of paracord gear! I really like this being on my wrist - It is a tool that is always there. Whenever I come upon a situation I will have it right there. Plus is looks good too. My camera doesn't show the true color of this. It is turquoise! They have a lot of different colors to choose from so that you will be able to pick your favorite color.

Frugal Meal to Stockpile
I really don't like to use this often. It is processed and I just do not think that it can be very healthy. BUT - when our local grocery store has Hamburger Helper on sale for 10 for $10.00 I had to get 10 of them just to put back. They will work in an emergency and we have nothing else to eat. They DO have some awesome flavors. My favorite is the Crunchy Taco. Another great thing about them is that they are great for using your freeze dried TVP in or other freeze dried meats. I even buy the chicken helpers that they have now and use the canned chicken in them - really yummy. I wouldn't eat them every day, but in a time when you have nothing else to eat they can come in handy. And here is a GREAT recipes - Zezty Italian Hamburger Helper Soup! I just found this morning. I want to try it out. Looks good. Or you can make your own Homemade Hamburger Helper.
