Honeyville Strawberry Milk Alternative!

We received our order of Strawberry Milk Alternative from Honeyville over a week ago. We tried it this morning and I have to say that it was yummy. I am so glad that I had gotten 2 of them.

One 8 oz. glass of our Strawberry Milk Alternative contains 30% of the recommended daily allowance for vitamins A and D, and 10% of the recommended daily allowance for calcium. Honeyville Strawberry Milk Alternative is an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.

Shelf-Life: Strawberry Milk Alternative will store for 5 to 10 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Once opened, it has an average shelf life of 6 to 12 months.

Instructions: Combine powder with warm water and mix for about 30 seconds. Chill, serve, and enjoy.

1000 Blog Posts!

I really cannot believe that I have had this blog this long. I really want to write more on it , but now I am without a computer again and having to use my son's. I can sometimes use my Kindle to write , but not often. I have learned a lot while writing on this blog. Some things I thought that I knew and had all wrong. Other things that I really thought were things that I could never learn or do are things that I am actually good at. I have realized a few things also. We need to have some more like-minded people around us. I do not think that we can survive for long with just US! I hope that others have found my blog to be full of good information and hope to have more food storage recipes soon. I have some more ideas in my head to share and things that will be done soon. A Solar Powered Generator?

I made a post last week aout wanting to save up for a gas powered generator and got a ton of feedback an awesome thoughts. Now wew are thinking that a solar powered one might be better. Right now I am on my kindle so I will investigate more later when I get home. Making this post hoping that my awesome readers might have some ideas on best one etc.
