What To Do With Our Tomatoes!? Make Tomato Powder!!

We are finally starting to get some ripe tomatoes on our plants. We can't eat all of them. So I decided to try something different this year. I am dehydrating them and them putting them in my Magic Bullet to make them into Tomato Powder!! Much cheaper than buying and a great way to use up all of our tomatoes. This winter when I want some tomato juice for chili or soups I will have it and it will taste fresh out of the garden. You have to make sure that they are very very dry.

Harmony House Foods

this online store , Harmony House seems to have some great prices. I really want to try it out and they have sampler packs that you can try. This will be my next thing to do. I hope soon.
