These symptoms are scary. Starts like a common cold. ugh.

I don't know. :) That would be one memorable "common cold" with unexplained hemorrhage, vomiting, stomach pain, fever and severe headache. With those symptoms, I'd head to a hospital. I have a cold right now - I'm tired, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, aching chest. Not quite the same, I think.
