Anyone who follows my blog probably can figure out by now that I love lists! I am going to take 1 day this weekend and print everything off and write a lot of stuff in some notebooks. That way if there is no power or internet I will have all of the info and recipes.

Potatoes Growing Indoors...
This is actually kind of funny! I had a bucket of potting soil outside and brought in inside - was thinking I might need it. I like to start seeds indoors etc - well come to find out , my son, had dropped a tiny potato into the bucket of dirt a couple of weeks ago!! It is actually growing (sprouting?). My son thinks it is so funny. Is it actually growing to where we would get some more tiny potatoes?? It was one of those gemstone potatoes from Walmart. haha
