We had a huge snowstorm and sleet overnight. The local news was warning of power outages. We were fine and have a code red for the roads so couldn't go anywhere even if we wanted to. The one time that the lights flickered I got my Vesta Self-Powered Heater out and got it started. I used 3 of the Sterno fuel cans. It heated right up and the fan started blowing. It heated up my tiny house very well. If the power had gone out I would have had this going already. I really like this Vesta Self-Powered heater it worked very well. Great way to get heat in an emergency. Having a few ways to have heat is the best idea.

I just made bacon sandwiches with some. I used powdered eggs and some shredded mozzarella cheese that I had on hand. Super easy. Just mix the powdered eggs like it says to on the pack and add the cheese. Place a spoonful in the mini waffle maker and cook!
