Food Storage Recipe - Quinoa Cheesy Bites

Quinoa is a food that I love. It is very filling and healthy.

NEED:

1 cup of cooked quinoa

  1 large egg

1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped

 2 carrots, shredded

  1 small onion, chopped

 2 tsp. of minced garlic

 1 tbsp. of flour

  ½ cup of cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together thoroughly.

Form the mixture into small balls that are tightly-packed.

Place the balls on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350°F.

Bake the quinoa balls until they turn golden brown in color.

This usually takes a period of 15 minutes.

Serve the quinoa cheesy bites hot.
