Can We Ever REALLY Be Prepared Enough??

After everything that has been going on in the world the past few weeks, it has me wondering if we can ever really be prepared enough. Something is going to happen that we are not prepared for. Something is going to be worse than we ever thought that it could be and we are going to be left unprepared and in shock that it could be that bad. Worse than we ever imagined. All that I can do is get my family prepared as well as I can and hope for the best.

We need to start praying and get prepared spiritually as well!!

If you ever get a chance check out a Dollar Tree store for great deals on stuff that you can stock up on. Cleaning supplies, paper items, etc. It is a great store to go too. I have even bought solar powered lights there!! Or you can go to DollarTree.com and buy it in bulk and have it shipped for free to the local store. Need To Take Break

I wanted to share this link. I went to the grocery store yesterday and was shocked at how high the meat prices had gotten in just the 2 weeks since I had been there. It is just ridiculous. Milk was about 50 cents higher and eggs were 20 cents higher. It all adds up. But, the meat prices is what shocked me the most. Teeny tiny roasts that are usually about 3-5 dollars were priced about $12.00. Which I did not buy. That is just not right. I seen a lot of other people there looking at the meat and then just walking off. So sad. I only bought 2 1-pound packages of ground beef. I really do not know what we are all going to do with this price hike on every single thing. I guess this summer since I am going to have a garden - we will become full fledged vegetarians.
