1/2 cup of powdered milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon onion powder or onion flakes
1/2 tablespoon dried chives

1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 3/4 cups of boiling water
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the potato slices into a casserole dish.
In a small bowl mix the powdered milk, flour, corn starch, onion, chives, salt, mustard powder, and pepper.
Mix it together very well.
Pour it evenly over the potato slices.
Slowly pour the boiling water over them and mix the powder up well with it.
Mix it up until well blended.
Cut the butter up into smaller pieces and lay on top of the potatoes.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and let set for a few minutes.
Potatoes should be tender!
