Food Storage Recipe - Scrambled Egg Burritos


  

                                                           An easy and quick breakfast. 

                                    1 red bell pepper , chopped

                                   5 green onions , sliced

                                   1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

                                   1 cup scrambled eggs made from Powdered Eggs

                                   1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

                                   4 8 inch flour tortillas

                                   Shredded Cheese

                        In a pan fry up the peppers, onions, and red pepper flakes.

                        Add the egg mix to the vegetables.

                        Cook until set up. 

                        Sprinkle with the cilantro. 

                        Warm the tortillas up in the microwave until hot. 

                        Place 1/4 of the egg mixture onto each of the tortillas and sprinkle with the 

                     shredded cheese.
