Natural Living ~ Migraine Tea


This recipe for migraine teas is a reliable treatment for migraine. It is a good daily tea for migraine prevention.

Combine :

6 parts rosemary leaves

4 parts peppermint leaves

4 parts lemon balm leaves

4 parts sweet violet leaves

3 parts feverfew

1/2 part sweet violet flowers

Mix this thoroughly and store in a glass jar away from light and moisture.

When you need it , measure a tablespoon into a tea infuser and steep in a mug of hot water for 5 minutes. Drink.
