Food Storage Recipe - Tater Topped Casserole

Kids love this one.
It is easy to make and taste good.

 NEED:

 1/2 cup chopped onion

1/3 cup sliced celery

1 pound of lean beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can of condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted

1 package of frozen tater tots

 1 cup of shredded cheese

In a skillet cook up the ground beef, onion, and celery. Cook until browned and drain well. Stir in the salt and pepper.

Spoon the beef mixture into a greased casserole dish. Spread the soup over the meat mixture. Top with the frozen tater tots. Bake at 400 degrees or until the casserole is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with the shredded cheese and put back into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
