Food Storage Recipe - Blueberry Pancakes

I woke up feeling great this morning, so I decided to make some blueberry pancakes. I used my food storage items. They were yummy. Kids ate them as fast as I could make them.

Blueberry Pancakes

3 1/2 cups of buttermilk pancake mix

3 cups of water

half of a teaspoon of cinnamon

1 1/2 cup of freeze dried blueberries (I have also used my freeze dried strawberries before , but kids prefer the blueberries.)

In a large bowl mix together the dry items. Add the water and mix well. Gently add the blueberries and cook on a good non-stick skillet. Flip them when the edges get dry and bubbly. Brown the other side.Serve them up with syrup and butter.
