Wow! Eco friendly shower.
Interesting. I thought it was on of those catapults, just missing the sling part had to look twice. Think my tiredness is making me see things differently. What a lovely idea. Happy WW.
How cool! Glad you said what it was, though, else I'm not sure I'd have figured it out. :D
WOW ... fun, but looks a bit chilly!
innovative! thanks for dropping by my ww @ www.lupusurvivor.com
Paint the can black and it'll work better. Reminds me of the field showers we used to set up when I was in the army. A 5-gallon canvas bag with a twist-on-twist-off shower head on the bottom. Fill it from a black or OD green 5-gallon water can that had been sitting in the sun all day and presto! You wouldn't have wanted the water any hotter really -- especially where we were.
But we used a forklift pallet for the floor and hung the bag form a 4x4 lashed to the top of a truck. Nothing nearly as sophisticated as this!
Great ideas. I was thinking of that , about painting it black. That would get the water real good and hot.
Great implementation. Modest fellow that I am, I'd need curtains added.
So that's what that is. I was wondering why there was a garbage can up there. Must be to hold the water.
Great photo. This is such a cool idea. I think this is a great blog, by the way. I'll definitely be coming back.
Great pic and such an awesome idea! I want one too! Happy WW!
I would need curtains, also.
I used a solar shower for many years before getting my 94' RV. I enjoyed your photo!
