Food storage recipes - potato soup

Potato soup

Need:

5 potatoes ...peeled and diced

1 onion...chopped

2 carrots...sliced

1 1/2 cups of chicken broth

2 cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Saute the onions in a bit of butter.  Add the broth, potatoes, and carrots. Cook until soft and then mash them up slighty. Add the milk. Salt and pepper it and heat through. Do not boil it.
