Great to add to soups and any other recipes. I stored them in a glass air tight jar. I was really surprised at how quick they were dehydrated. Only took about 7 hours. I was thinking that it would take all night. Now I have a bit stocked up in my stockpile.

Dehydrate Carrots & Celery!
What do I do when I am stuck in the house during a snowstorm? I try to work on preps. Went to the grocery store on Sunday and found a bunch of their carrots marked down. I bought them all. Brought them home and, while watching a little bit of March Madness, I cut these babies up and stuck them in my Food Dehydrator
. I had some celery in my fridge that I went ahead and added to it all. Filled up all 7 trays!!
