Great looking recipe. I also went to a local indoor flea market yesterday and got a great cookbook that is full of ground beef recipes. I was thinking that it would be conceivable to just easily turn that into TVP recipes. Not use ground beef. Use my "ground beef" TVP , taco tvp, etc. Have to try some of them and see how it goes.
