Torrential Rain Not Good For Garden

We had torrential rain most of today here and I went out after supper to check some stuff and noticed that our small garden was all squashed! Everything just looks like someone walked all over it and stomped on it all. :(
I hope that it all will come out of it. It was all starting to grow so good. We are already planning on what we are going to do with it all when it is picked. LOL

Someone PLEASE tell me that our garden will be alright!!!!!
